Disinfectant spray for horses and stables Waldhausen

This disinfectant spray Waldhausen helps maintain rigorous stable hygiene. Specifically for your horse, its equipment and contact surfaces: it eliminates viruses, bacteria, fungi and mildew, to limit health risks on a daily basis.

Its aerosol format can be used as a straight spray, 20 to 30 cm from the surface: diffusion remains even and the area is covered cleanly. In practice, both in the saddle and in the stable, it's this kind of simple gesture that makes the horse's environment safer.

The transitional blue coloring allows you to see immediately where the product has been applied: you can spot areas already treated without hesitation. What really makes a difference is that you won't forget to apply the product to stall doors, halters or partitions.

Instructions for use and application

The aerosol must be held perfectly upright to ensure even spraying. At a distance of 20-30 cm, the product settles neatly on the surface to be treated: disinfection remains visually controllable thanks to the temporary blue tint.

What's most important is complete coverage of the target area. For safe use, biocidal products always require the same vigilance: read the label and product information before application.

Biocidal active ingredients

This spray combines several active substances designed for disinfecting stables and equestrian accessories. Specifically for your horse, it treats surfaces exposed to a regular microbial load, such as stalls, partitions, halters and certain equipment.

• 0.595 g/kg quaternary ammonium compounds (benzyl-C12-16-alkyldimethyl, chlorides): disinfecting action on frequently handled surfaces
• 0.595 g/kg D-gluconic acid, compounded with N,N''-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-3,12-diimino-2,4,11,13-tetraazatetradecanediamidine (2:1): enhances biocidal efficacy on targeted pathogens
• Type of preparation: aerosol, for fast, even application
• Intended use: disinfection, for sanitary maintenance of relevant areas and accessories

These active ingredients ensure effective disinfection of treated surfaces. Capacity 200 ml: a practical format for the stable, grooming locker or truck.

Safety precautions and warnings

This biocidal product requires careful handling, especially in closed environments or near heat sources. What the technical data sheet doesn't always say clearly enough is that a stable aerosol must be handled with the same rigor as a sensitive care product.

• H319: causes severe eye irritation
• H222: extremely flammable aerosol
• H229: container under pressure, may burst if heated

Precautions to be taken :

• P101: keep container or label available in case of medical advice
• P102: keep out of reach of children
• P210: keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, naked flames and all other sources of ignition. Do not smoke
• P211: do not spray on an open flame or any other source of ignition
• P251: do not pierce or burn, even after use
• P305+P351+P338: in case of contact with eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible, then continue rinsing
• P337+P313: if eye irritation persists, seek medical advice or consult a doctor
• P410+P412: protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C
