These HKM Amalfi riding socks are designed to keep your legs comfortable during summer sessions. Their fine fabric limits heat in the boot: in practical terms, for you and your horse, long sessions remain more pleasant.

What really changes in the saddle is the reduction in unnecessary friction. Arch support remains present without tightening, and the breathable material wicks away moisture: your feet stay drier even during prolonged work.

Their height protects the area between the riding shoe and the calf. The result is less chafing and fewer blisters, with cotton for a soft feel and nylon for good hold.

Material and composition of riding socks

The composition - 55% nylon, 42% cotton, 3% elastane - is designed for use on horseback. Nylon provides strength: the socks can withstand repeated washing and rubbing in boots without deforming too quickly.

Cotton provides a softer feel against the skin and breathability that's useful in summer. What the technical data sheet doesn't say is that, in practice, this material makes hours in the saddle more comfortable when the temperature rises.

The 3% elastane ensures precise calf support without annoying compression. In fact, in the saddle, the socks stay in place in the boot and remain discreet under the leg.

Reinforced zones in the heel and toe improve durability. They're a good choice if your equipment is often used: these reinforcements are better able to withstand the wear and tear of riding boots.
