Product description DERMA GEL is a biological micro active gel for intensive and fast skin care, which forms a protective layer against bacteria and external pathogens. Based on a specific isotonic salt with a balanced PH, this non-greasy gel is quickly and completely absorbed. DERMA GEL for optimal wound treatment. Recommendation: Clean fresh wounds exclusively with warm water or physiological solution. Apply a layer of Derma Gel two to three times a day. To prevent the formation of granulomatous tissue (flesh growths), massage the gel also into the skin around the wound.
